The sturdy construction of this machine features a vibration-reducing base housing made of cast steel, meticulously CNC-processed and powder-coated, ensuring stability and vibration-free operation. Precisely mounted on bearings, the magnesium saw arms are extremely light and firm, with a slender-shaped cutting area that provides a clear view of the workpiece.

Equipped with a chip blowing device and an adjustable nozzle, the machine also offers an additional suction connection to accommodate a vacuum cleaner for efficient dust extraction. The large, die-cast aluminum saw table measures 400 x 250mm (16" x 10"), facilitating easier saw blade replacement through its unlocking and push-back mechanism.

Securing the regular scroll saw blades, the saw blade holders apply high clamping force, guaranteeing true alignment in the saw arm. In addition, the machine is prepared for saw blades with pin ends, used without blade holders. An essential feature, the handy adjusting knob allows for sensitive clamping of the saw blades.

Offering versatility, the table angle can be adjusted from -5° to 50°, enabling a cutting performance in wood up to 65mm (2 1/2") and in non-ferrous metals (depending on type) between 10 - 15mm (3/8" - 5/8"). The machine can also easily cut through Plexiglas, glass fibre reinforced plastic, foam, rubber, leather, or cork.

Included with the machine are 5 each of coarse and fine saw blades. Technically, the machine operates on 110 - 120V AC, 50/60Hz power, driven by a powerful 190W brushless 2-speed motor with speeds ranging from 800 to 1,700 strokes per minute and a stroke length of 19mm (3/4"). The overall dimensions are L 580mm (22 7/8"), W 320mm (12 1/2"), H 300mm (12"), with a weight of 20kg (44 lbs).
